Fills the placeholder ha-matter-token.age with the real HA long-lived access token (created in Profile → Long-lived access tokens). Rekeyed for all recipients. Unblocks home-assistant-matter-hub, which has been waiting on this since first boot.

chore(heimdallr): fill ha-matter-token secret with HA long-lived token ... f907a666a7

Created in HA profile (Long-lived access tokens) for home-assistant-matter-hub.
Rekeyed for all recipients so heimdallr can decrypt.
