lamar daughma 237d4ab69a feat: migrate storage to seaweedfs and add crow CI pipeline 
- Switch media PVC (2Ti RWX) to seaweedfs-storage
- Switch arr-config PVC (2Gi RWX) to seaweedfs-storage
- Remove non-standard limits field from media PVC (kept requests: 2Ti)
- Keep DB, jellyfin config, and deluge config on longhorn
- Add .crow/deploy.yaml for Pulumi CI/CD pipeline
- Add yarr binary to .gitignore
